The State Assembly is poised to upset the Democrats in a bold move to break apart the budget.  They will move to approve school spending and aids to local municipalities outside of the negotiation process leaving the ball in the Democrats lap.  Doyle doesn't like it already.  What, won't be able to get all your tax increases when it looks like the Democrats are the bad guys?
